Welcome to FretExpo, a logistics management platform designed to connect shippers, transport companies, and drivers. By accessing or using the FretExpo mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Definitions
- “FretExpo”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the FretExpo platform and its operators.
- “User” refers to any individual or company using the app, including shippers, carriers, and drivers.
- “Service” refers to all features provided by FretExpo, including shipment management, tracking, and notifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use FretExpo. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
- Users must create an account to access the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
4. Use of the Service
FretExpo allows users to:
- Create, manage, and track shipments
- Assign drivers and manage fleet operations
- Track deliveries using GPS (foreground and background, with consent)
- Receive notifications and operational alerts
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Location Data & Tracking
- Location tracking is used only for shipment tracking, operational monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Background location tracking is activated only with explicit driver consent.
- Drivers can start and stop tracking at any time through the app.
- Location data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

FretExpo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data and may request account deletion directly from the app.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs related to FretExpo are the exclusive property of FretExpo or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
FretExpo may perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
